  • I’ll personalise the Tea Ceremony to fit your family’s traditions and ensure an intimate and memorable experience.

    • Personalised Ceremony Design: Tailored to your event schedule, I’ll honour your family traditions and create a meaningful experience.

    • Timeline Creation: I’ll design a thoughtful timeline that ensures every part of the Tea Ceremony flows smoothly and beautifully.

    • Live Singing: I’ll provide live vocal performances tailored to your event, creating a beautiful and intimate atmosphere.

    • Shanghai Jazz Band: If you're looking for something extra special, I can also arrange for a talented Shanghai jazz band to perform, where I am the lead singer, bringing an elegant and soulful sound to your celebration.

  • I’ll ensure smooth communication throughout your ceremony, making sure all guests, regardless of language, feel welcomed and engaged.

    • Ceremony Translator: I’ll provide expert translation during your ceremony, ensuring everyone is included in every moment.

    • Ceremony Host: I’ll serve as the host guiding the event and ensuring a smooth flow from start to finish.

  • I’ll assist in managing any aspect of your event to guarantee a stress-free and enjoyable experience for you and your guests.

    • Event Coordinator: I’ll take care of all the logistics, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and according to plan.

    • Event Assistant: Whether it’s helping with guest management or on-the-spot problem solving, I’ll be there to support wherever needed.

Hi, I’m Aunty Nikki! Weddings, events, and celebrations—well, they’re my thing. As someone who’s always been the first to jump in and help (even as a guest), I quickly realized I have a knack for making things run smoothly. Fluent in both Mandarin and English, I use my background in the education sector and actor training to stay cool under pressure, communicate clearly, and bring a little fun and flair to every event.

With experience in business and management, I know how important it is to keep things organized and everyone on the same page. But I also know that no event ever goes perfectly, and that's where I come in!
