Payment

Upfront payment in full is required to secure your booking. This can be done through bank transfer and payID. Please supply a receipt of deposit upon successful payment.

Cancellation Policy

Private sessions are scheduled in advance and reserved exclusively for you. When a session is cancelled without adequate notice, that time cannot be reallocated to another client.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: a $70 cancellation fee applies.

• Cancellations within 12 hours or missed appointments: the full session fee will be charged.

• Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice: the session fee can be transferred to a future appointment.

Late Arrival / Missed Sessions

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late (in person or online), the session will still conclude at the original end time and cannot be extended or refunded.

Emergencies

In rare cases where an emergency prevents me from delivering a session as planned, I’ll notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative time. Sessions missed without at least 24 hours’ notice remain chargeable, except in exceptional circumstances.
